More InfoWars Hypocrisy

Image result for Sad Alex Jones
So Infowars was banned from YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, and Apple. Personally, I say good riddance. If you're against anti-discrimination laws then I don't have an issue with you not getting to benefit from these laws.

It's just like what I said after Twitter shadowbanned conservatives. Although, funnily enough, Twitter didn't ban Jones. If you don't want bakers to be forced to serve gay people cakes, no one should be forced to put you on my social media platform.

This is where the right responds that "These platforms have a monopoly", this is untrue. Competition exists for all these platforms, big names are just too lazy to use it. Don't like YouTube? Go on Dailymotion, Vimeo, Vidilli, Veoh, and so on. Don't like Twitter? Go on Gab or All4Truth. And these are all just off the top of my head.

The fact is these companies are following the first amendment. As they are not making any laws obstructing freedom of speech. They are only enforcing the rules they, as a private company, have set up.

Plus, this idea of a "digital Bill of Rights" which people like Paul Joseph Watson are endorsing is the dumbest idea of all time. You know what happens when companies are forced to advertise on things that hurt there image? They stop advertising on the internet and go back to Television. Basically, you're putting every internet service behind a paywall.

So what's the moral here? Follow the rules of the websites you use. It isn't hard.

Infowars Goes After Kyle, Big Mistake

Image result for snowflakes
Recently, Infowars (the president's favorite news network) reminded everyone that they are the saddest news network in the United States. But we aren't talking about Alex Jones. Instead, this column is based off a member of the Infowars B-Team. Meet Harrison Smith.
This all started when InfoWars released a video called Tick Epidemic Sweeps America. While talking about ticks, the want to be Alex Jones shows pictures of politicians like Bernie Sanders and Alexandra Ocasio Cortez who he is pretty sure are socialists. By the end, he starts talking about "eradicating these blood sucking" ticks.
Now, somehow, people misunderstood this and thought he wanted genocide. Enter Kyle Kulinski, the host of Secular Talk who did a segment pointing out that Harris came out looking a little, Nazi-like. I don't know why.
Harrison saw this video and responded. Insert his video Science Proves Four-Year-Olds Are Smarter Than Socialists
The first thing I noticed about Harrison is just how much of a victim he is. Harrison opens the video by calling himself "the victim of a vicious leftist, socialist smear". He seems confused people were angry at his "hilarious and insightful video" where he borderline gave a death threat to democratically elected politicians. But I guess this is what Infowars considers "jaw-droppingly insightful".
Harrison Smith (who is the victim of a vicious leftist, socialist smear) really has three main points, only one of which has to do with Kyle. His attack on Mr. Kulinski (the first of his idiotic trinity if you will) is one of the saddest attacks I've ever seen. After giving "a little language warning" (because Infowars is rated TV-Y7 now) they start the attack.
You see, it makes sense Kyle doesn't understand Harrison's (who is the victim of a vicious leftist, socialist smear) "hilarious and insightful video" because he "thinks socialism works". Kyle doesn't actually think socialism works for the record. He's a social democrat, not a socialist. But I guess it's easy to defeat an opponent made of straw.
Although, he does attempt to make it clear what he meant. You see Harrison (who is the victim of a vicious leftist, socialist smear) wants to "get rid of socialists by convincing them they are dumb". Just like you do with ticks. You go up to them and convince them that sucking blood is not a good idea. Instead of killing them. I don't see how anyone could get this confused with calls for killing.
His second point comes from a study (that he felt the need to print out). You see, Yale University did a survey and found that people don't like what he would see as freeloading. However, and he doesn't hide this fact by the way, the study was done on 4-year-old kids.
Of course, I was convened by this line of reasoning, I don't know about you. So I told many of my socialist "friends" about this experiment and how it the 4-year-old children proved him right. Unsurprisingly, most of them laughed at me, despite the fact I was just being part of the free market of ideas. Upon pushing it further I was banned from r/sandersforpresident. So much for tolerant liberal.
Harrison's (who is the victim of a vicious leftist, socialist smear) has one last point. You see, Kyle didn't care for the fact that Infowars, like all conservatives, seem to be obsessed with a certain South American country.
Kyle takes issue with the knee-jerk reaction of "well what about Venezuela". So Harrison (who is the victim of a vicious leftist, socialist smear) in his complete wisdom, spends the rest of the video talking about Venezuela.
So in conclusion, Infowars is still a joke.

Will Italy Make The Right Give Up On Capitalism?

In case you haven't heard, Italy is going to have a far right "populist" (in quotes because Republicans are almost never populist) government soon, at least that's what you'll hear if you listen to conservatives. Most notably, Infowars editor and chief Paul Joseph Watson.
In his recent video, The Truth About Italy Paul spends more time than expected for a conservative praising welfare and going against capitalism. In fact, here's a list of some more liberal views Paul seems to have adapted.
-Getting angry at EU commission president Juncker for saying "Italians need to work harder and stop blaming the EU for there problems"
-Praising democracy (remember these are the same people who complained about "tyranny of the majority" when Trump was "elected")
-Supporting welfare for mothers and child care provided by the government (I wonder how much longer until he supports Universal Healthcare)
-Most notability, the man who once made a video called Why Capitalism is Great seems to have given up on capitalism in exchange for, nationalist socialism I think.
(Note: I'm not calling Paul a national socialist as in NAZI with that last statement. I'm simply saying he seems to have a nationalist social view while having an economic view similar to socialism. For as much as I disagree with Paul, calling him a NAZI would obviously be inaccurate.)
Of course, Paul also praises the new governments view that abortion and gay marriage are plots to depopulate the world or something. Did Paul become a secret liberal and is currently trying to re-redpill his audience while throwing in some harder right views in the hope they don't notice? But what I find most interesting, as already mentioned, is Paul giving up on capitalism. I mean it's not like he's the king of principles.
Twitter has suspended known Alt-Right extremist Steven Crowder. Wait, what? Crowder? Yes, Crowder. . . Censorship of conservatives MUST be addressed by lawmaker. #FreeCrowder
No one should be forced to provide a service. Just as a gay-owned print shop shouldn't be forced to make signs for the Westboro Baptist Church.
His rationalwiki article (yes, I'm that kind of liberal) even has a whole section about his flip-flops. But what are his newfound issues with capitalism? I'm going to paraphrase, I linked the video a little earlier in the post if you're really curious:
Global capitalism has ruined culture and identity by allowing other cultures to exist together.
Of course, the idea that capitalism ruins culture is straight out of the views of Karl Marx himself. The idea that capitalism erodes culture is something that communists have been pushing for a long time. Paul is also happy that the new Italian government will make Italy full of Italian culture. It seems like someone who is angry about Miss America becoming communist (I'm not joking) seems to also not know about Stalin's Russification plan.
So have social conservatives given up on capitalism in order to keep the good old fashion views? Well honestly at this point I'm not even sure they had it.
I remember back when wife with a purpose (you know, that really silly Paleoconserative) had a twitter account she posted an image that was farms back to back with cities and simply asked: "what went wrong?". Of course, the answer is obviously a free market that allowed such cities to happen. I also recall her conspiracy mongering about child tax credits leading to the great replacement (it's a very long story) but don't quote me on that.
The fact is the new right has long given up on the free market in replace for moralism. And it's my hope that maybe the sane can slap some sense into them like we used to.
